Why Keller & Fort Worth Families Trust Us With Their Children
Bringing your child to a chiropractor requires trust — and we don't take that lightly. Every doctor at Alpha & Omega is ICPA trained, Webster Certified, and specifically equipped to care for children from their first days of life through their teenage years.
Our approach is different from what most people picture when they think of chiropractic. Pediatric adjustments are incredibly gentle — for newborns, we use no more pressure than you'd use to test the ripeness of a tomato. For older kids and teens, techniques are adapted to their size, age, and comfort level.
We're not here to diagnose or treat diseases. We're here to make sure your child's nervous system — the master control system for everything in their body — is functioning without interference.

How Pediatric Chiropractic Supports Development
Your child's nervous system controls every function in their body: digestion, immune response, sleep, focus, emotional regulation, motor development, and growth. When misalignments in the spine (subluxations) create interference in that system, the effects can show up in ways that seem unrelated to the spine — but aren't.
A baby with colic isn't just fussy. A toddler with chronic ear infections isn't just unlucky. A school-age child who can't sit still isn't just "being difficult."
These are often signs that the nervous system is under stress and struggling to regulate.
Gentle chiropractic adjustments remove that interference so your child's body can do what it was designed to do — grow, heal, and develop on track.

Infant & Newborn Chiropractic
Birth is the first major physical event in your child's life. Whether delivery was long, fast, assisted, or surgical, the forces placed on a baby's head and neck during birth can create subluxations that affect nervous system function from the very beginning. For many of our families, this journey begins during pregnancy and continues seamlessly once baby arrives.
We see babies for feeding difficulties, colic, reflux, torticollis, sleep challenges, and general wellness — often within the first weeks of life.
Chiropractic for Kids & Teens
As children grow, the demands on their nervous system change. School stress, sports, screens, growth spurts, and social pressure all take a toll. We support kids and teens dealing with focus and attention challenges, anxiety, behavioral issues, recurring illness, headaches, posture problems, and sports-related pain and complaints.

Conditions We See In Our Office
What a Pediatric Visit Looks Like
Your child's first visit includes a thorough history (including birth details), a gentle hands-on assessment, and neurological scanning to measure stress patterns in their nervous system. We explain everything before we do it — to you and to your child.
Adjustments are quick, gentle, and often so comfortable that babies sleep through them and older kids ask to come back. Our office is designed to feel welcoming for families, not clinical or intimidating.

From birth. We see babies as early as their first days of life. There's no minimum age — in fact, earlier assessment often means earlier support for your child's developing nervous system.
For newborns, the pressure is comparable to what you'd use to test a ripe tomato. For older children, adjustments are adapted to their size and developmental stage. There's no cracking or forceful manipulation.
